Method
Each outcome's implied probability is 1/odds. We divide each by the sum of all implied probabilities (the "overround") to renormalise to 100%. Fair odds are then 1 / fair probability.
This is the simplest no-vig method (proportional). Pinnacle and other sharp books are accurate enough that their no-vig prices are widely used as the "true" line for value-betting.
